In addition to our Signature Events, VYC hosts or participates in a variety of regattas, races, and cruise-out events throughout the year. Here are many of the events planned for the 2026–2027 season:
- Weekly Beer Can Races — Wednesdays, November–May
- Banderas Bay Blast — December 9–11
- New Year’s Day Race — January 1
- Vallarta Cup – Weekend 1 — January 9–10
- Vallarta Cup – Weekend 2 — January 16–17
- Volunteer Small Boat Regatta — February 13
- Capri Fleet Regattas — Monthly
- J/70 Fleet Regattas — Monthly, January–May
- J/70 Nationals — May 20–22
- J/70 Paradise Cup — June 19–20
Whether you race regularly or just want to get out on the water, there are plenty of opportunities to participate throughout the season.
